(More customer reviews)I've tried quite a few protien powders over the years, but this one has been my personal favorite.I know taste is very subjective, but this one tastes much less chalky then many of the "Mainstream" brands.I combine ice, milk, flaxseed, "instant coffee", and two big scoops of this in my shakes, and it tastes just like a milkshake from a diner.Difficult to say how much I've benefitted nutritionally from the protien, since I've really stepped up my workout lately.The chemical content on most whey protien products seem very similar, so taste is really what I go by since I don't have a degree in chemistry.

(More customer reviews)I buy mine directly from the company.10 lb. box is currently around 66 or 68 bucks plus 12 for shipping.The egg white protein has a really nice flavor without the addition of any toxic crap like aspertame that you'd find in many whey products.It's super cheap and tastes awesome.I'll use a 10 pounder every 2-3 months for the rest of my life as long as they don't go jacking the price too high.One scoop + frozen bananas + milk in the blender has been a twice a day ritual with me for 2 years now.

Not only does it contain 100% whey protein, it also contains other supplements which can further enhance results such as creatine, taurine, glutamine, leucine, isoleucine, valine. This product has been regularly advertised in magazines such as Muscle and Fitness for many years.
Each scoop contains a very high 26 grams of protein, 130 calories, 2 grams fat, and 2 grams sugars. There is about 7 grams of BCAA's per 2 scoops. Each scoop is 33 grams of powder and there are about 28 servings per container or if you double scoop about 14 servings per container.
The taste is great when mixed with milk. The vanilla flavor isn't so exciting when mixed with water but is still ok. Make sure to blend this in a blender for best taste. Or atleast use a shaker bottle to mix this with your drink, it wont be as good as blended but still ok. I wouldn't recommend mixing this with a spoon because it tends to get very clumpy and wont disolve thoroughly and doesn't taste very good. I've also tried the chocolate flavor and will say that the vanilla tastes better.
Results are good while using this product. I have gained many pounds of muscle in a few months. So far all my muscle groups have seen gains while using this product. Don't expect this product to be a miracle powder if you don't do the hard work necessary to gain muscle. For best results use before and after your workouts.

The chocolate flavor isn't the best but is acceptable. Don't expect this to taste like nesquick or ovaltine or any type of chocolate milk you can think of. The chocolate taste is best when mixed with milk. The chocolate flavor isn't as exciting when mixed with water but is still ok. Make sure to blend this in a blender for best taste. Or atleast use a shaker bottle to mix this with your drink, it wont be as good as blended but still ok. (More customer reviews)This is the BEST protein that I have had so far.Before I go any further, this is the "best" in my opinion because I was looking for specific elements in my protein which were the following:
1.Natural Whey Protein with no other types of protein, such as soy.There's nothing wrong with soy, but i can just drink soy milk or eat tofu for that.
2.Cold Filtered so that it's not denatured
3.No hormones or added ingredients.I want the ingredient list to be as short as possible and ALL NATURAL
4.LOW CALORIES and LOW FAT. I DO NOT want excess mass, contrary to probably 95% of the people out there who take supplements to just "get big"
If the above are things you do not want (especially number 4), then search out a different protein.Now, if you were looking for the above, I'll tell you why it's so great.
A.Taste.This has NO weird whey after taste.it keeps it to a very minimum.to be honest, i don't taste it at all.also since it uses no artificial flavors, you don't get that weird cheap candy after taste either.
B.Price.This price on amazon is excellent.it's way cheaper than anything you will find at your local health food store.it almost alway sells for a little over 40 dollars.
C.Results.Ok, this is of course going to be different from person to person because it depends on a lot on how you train, your lifestyle/regular eating habits, etc., but i like it because it hasn't added any fat, and has helped me supplement by diet with that extra bit of protein.and it definitely has helped me gain muscle and strength.I've used this product steadily for about 4 to 5 years now.
