(More customer reviews)I've tried quite a few protien powders over the years, but this one has been my personal favorite.I know taste is very subjective, but this one tastes much less chalky then many of the "Mainstream" brands.I combine ice, milk, flaxseed, "instant coffee", and two big scoops of this in my shakes, and it tastes just like a milkshake from a diner.Difficult to say how much I've benefitted nutritionally from the protien, since I've really stepped up my workout lately.The chemical content on most whey protien products seem very similar, so taste is really what I go by since I don't have a degree in chemistry.

(More customer reviews)I ordered the larger size (30 servings) and drink this almost every night after i work out.I usually add fruit and water, but sometimes, when I am in a hurry, I just use water and the shake is okay.It gives me energy and fills me like a regular meal.I highly recommend!
