(More customer reviews)This is obviously considered a weight gainer and it serves its purpose well...however after years of trying to gain weight and bench my life away, I decided at 27 I would like to "look smart" in a suit instead of look tough in a T shirt. I started body for life and found that the key element to being healthy and loosing weight was eating about 350 calories every 3 hours.(I am 6ft and started at 210 pounds). TWO scoops in stead of 3 if true mass was perfect for me.High quality and amazing tasting chocolate.I am 190 now and feel great...down to a 34 waist and am ordering my 3rd bottle.
