(More customer reviews)I rated it 4 instead of 5 as the number of calories needed to get to 55 grams protien is around 500, which i think is too much for anyone not exercising too heavily....cant blame the manufacturer, as i didnt look at the nutrition info too closely before buying.....the tase is excellent, especially compared to supplement i am using now....good choice for those not too concerned with the number of calories.....
