(More customer reviews)I haven't tried the choclate but the vanilla tasted good and mixed well in a shaker. Basically a protein powder at heart with creatine, beta-alanine, and a host of other ingriedients mixed in. The other review is likely right about it having caffiene as "green coffe extract" is listed as an igriedient. I still use bulk protien powder without all the extras as well, but some of these "mixed" powders I like as I don't buy creatine, etc... as a side product any more. Only negative is they don't list the weight of the ingriedients individually only the weight of the proprietary blend (6.45 grams).
