(More customer reviews)I am 32 years old and a VERY active person. I run, lift weights, and practice martial arts that require a lot a grappling/wrestling. I have experienced very positive muscle recovery after implementing this product into my daily diet. It allows me to train harder, longer, and more often because my muscles don't ache and/or feel sore the next day.

The flavor is not the best...I would rate it as tolerable, but the health benefits outweigh the taste.

I highly recommend this for active individuals.
