(More customer reviews)I started using this product about two months ago. For those that need that extra boost and focus, this product provides great results. It tastes fairly good (I tried the Blue Raspberry) and is worthy of its hype.

For some, this is going to be a cycle supplement. My body got used to the N.O. after about a month. I stopped taking it for a week, and then went back on it and saw great results. It also made me a little bit gaseous and foams up after you stir it.

Other than that, I did receive a great amount of energy, and it inspired me to workout really hard during my workout. I made sure to follow the instructions, and I did research and took people's advice when taking it. After my workout I used some Muscle Milk for recovery.

It's a great entry supplement into stronger supplements, but is too expensive for people that aren't truly committed.
