(More customer reviews)This supplement was recommended to me due to its calorie amounts. I am trying to lose weight without losing too much lean muscle. I want to grow more lean muscle in fact. This has 100 calories. It has splenda and not nutrasweet which is important because I have a food sensitivity to nutrasweet.

I have been mixing it in a food storage bowl with a tight fitting lid and it mixes just fine that way. I am sure something more powerful would perhaps allow ice cubes to be crushed into it but I don't mind it without.

It is hard to tell if it is effective. But it is tasty!I look forward to having it each day. It is a treat at the end of a workout. I bought it in the vanilla flavor. I had thought I would add some extracts to it for variety but the vanilla taste is so good I haven't bothered. I did add a touch of nutmeg one day and liked that very much.

The size is good too. This size will last me a month as the dose for a woman is one scoop a day. It will last a man 15 days. I can't find this particular item locally so I am pleased to be able to get it through Amazon. The price here is comparable to other places on line that offer it at a discount price.
