(More customer reviews)I decided to try the Pro complex because it is said to be a superior protein blend and each serving is packed with 60 grams of the highest quality proteins commercially available and is designed to enhance your muscle-building potential. ON says "it's formulated to take you to the next level". My results have not been as expected though, I have actually lost some definition, I was getting more noticeable results using the 100% WHEY GOLD STANDARD, I will try this product a bit longer and if things continue as they are I will be going back to 100% WHEY GOLD STANDARD.
