my workout and loved it. The flavor and consistency are great. The high protein and low sugar content is awesome! I also love the convenience of the powder in it's own bottle. Just add water, shake and enjoy. I like all 3 flavors, so I usually purchase the variety case. These shakes are great for breakfast, after a workout or whenever I need a convenient, nutricious snack. I always keep one in my car "just in case".
