I ordered it Monday and it arrived at work today(Wednesday) and that was with their offered $5.99 shipping that deserves 5 stars right there.The package is neatly packed and loaded with what appears to be astronaut food (LOL) and a wonderful binder filled with helpful information.They really lay everything out for you very clearly.I'm excited to sit down tonight and plan out a days worth of food, I'm going to start the program tomorrow and keep you posted on the results. I have a good 65+ lbs to lose, so wish me luck!

Ok, I'm on Day 5 and have already lost 5lbs.I'm not hungry AT ALL and I haven't really had any cravings.I did have some drinks over the weekend and I know alchohol isn't recommended but I'm still losing weight.Note, the omlettes are GROSS!!!! Next time I make them I'm going to try doctoring them up with hot sauce, but besides that the food is great.The bars are like candy so you don't crave junk.And eating every 2-3 hours is amazing b\c I haven't had a growling stomach once, it's crazy that the weight is coming off while eating so frequently.Stay tuned for my next update.....
