(More customer reviews)Taste is good, don't let the "Beef" turn you off. Think of fruit flavored Jello (got the fruit punch flavor). It will foam up a bit as it is mixed. Can't vouch for "Blue Raspberry", this company puts a horrible blue dye in their products that turn your mouth blue. What's that all about?
It's good to have an alternative to other proteins. Whey and Soy are basically toxic.
Stay with Egg and/or Beef.
