(More customer reviews)Well, on the positive side, this product is inexpensive, doesn't require refrigeration, and keeps well.One quarter cup provides 20 grams of complete protein, and as the bottle contains 27 quarter cup servings, you can't beat the price.One quarter cup plus 3/4 cup of water can be whipped up in a blender and then cooked up as scrambled eggs or even an omelet.The product can be added to soymilk and fruit and so consumed as a decent-tasting smoothie.

On the negative side, the scrambled eggs described above are fairly foul tasting - nothing at all like scrambled eggs made from complete eggs or even the liquid egg-white products one finds at the local grocery - so, I (gasp!) douse my scrambled eggs liberally with ketchup and that takes care of the taste issue.

Enough said.
