(More customer reviews)I used to buy boxed of the EAS Myoplex pouches that required a blender or shaker.The only benefit to those is that you can mix in other powders like creatine, but other than that, they were a pain to mix.No matter what blender or shaker I used, there would still be large clumps of power which aren't fun to swallow.The entire concoction seemed pretty gritty.

On the other hand, the same formula in the Ready To Drink version are perfectly blended and don't require any messy blending.Just toss them into the fridge and drink when you need them and toss the container away.These aren't cheap, but deals can be found and in my mind are worth whatever the extra costs are above the powder version.
