(More customer reviews)I found a batch of this brand on clearance at my local supermarket and thought I'd give it a try.Normally I use Muscle Milk, which I think tastes great, but Designer Whey is really hard to choke down.I used to take it with milk, but then I read that your body absorbs the protein much more quickly when you mix it with just water.Anyway, the consistency is thin, and the taste is pretty awful.I'm sure the contents are good--I can't say that my body can tell the difference between this product and Muscle Milk--but it just doesn't taste very good.
