(More customer reviews)I have been using this Nature's Plus ENERGY mix for years.I do not tolerate whey protein very well and this is low in calories, zero fat, and added nutrients, enzymes and herbs.All that and it has a neutral flavor!I make with natural pineapple, apple or grape juice, and a mixture of fruit.The result is a wonderful NATURAL tasting shake.The only downside is because its soy and not whey, you will need to use a blender.
