(More customer reviews)I have tried ALOT of whey protein powders, including more expensive ones lik Optinum Nutrition and True Protein, as well as alot of cheaper versions like wal-mart brand or body fortress. This one, however, is my absolute favorite! It tastes decent in just water, but in milk it really is like a milk shake! And the nutrition is excellent, with 24 grams of protein in 130 calories (with only 2g of carb). So, if you are on a budget (or even if you're not), I highly recommend this product. And I'm in college studying nutrition...so go for it!
