(More customer reviews)If you are looking at the particular nutrition profile of a Muscle Milk protein shake, then I'd say this is the brand to buy. Great taste, warm or cold, and supplies a decent amount of protein for a pre-workout shake. You may want a casein/whey blend for post-workout. At .75 dollars per shake, this is a decent deal. Any more and you should just blend your own from MM powder.
