I look for three things in a protein shake: high protein content, good taste, and low calories. It seemed like getting one always led to losing another. But these shakes have it all. 35 grams of protein, great taste, and low calories. Perfection.

If there's any weakness, it's that you don't quite get a full complement of vitamins and nutrients. But this is easy to supplement.

If you're looking to build lean muscle mass, this is your shake.
