We tried every drink we could find, but Ensure Coffee Latte was the only one she liked. I like it too, but am trying to lose weight so I only get to drink one once in a while. This is recommended for serious lifters, you should be experienced, and not just take this cuz you saw your buddies taking it. It's powerful stuff. Follow the directions precisely. It has like a million ingredients in it. So I could see why it upset some peoples stomachs. But if your a lucky one like me who can handle the stimulants it's an amazing product. If you know creatine or other products bother you, look at the label before getting it. You literally feel the energy rush within minutes. And it does what it claims to do. You get real focused and ready to attack the weights. If you're in the gym to have casual conversations with everyone and take it easy you don't need this. It makes you focused to do what you set out to do. I was never a fan of muscletech products, but this stuff does what it says it will. I gave it a 4 because my stomach bothered me a little bit today but not on previous days. Good stuff

(More customer reviews)This is my favorite "protein powder" and the packets are convenient for travel. This is pretty much the only protein drink I know of that is organic, vegan, soy-free, wheat-free, high in fiber and has no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. I find it quite palatable however some people may want to add sweetener to taste (depending on what what type liquid is used). I mix it with almond milk and add green powder, and sometimes a splash of juice or berry powder. All three flavors are good, however this is the only one without added sugar. The packets are more expensive per ounce than the cannisters, but for occasional use they will stay fresh much longer since the cannisters are supposed to be used within a couple months of opening.
